For the purpose of bringing together investors  who seek to monetize  your capital and  generate passive income,  we seek  contribute capital in:

    1 - Creation of new ventures, fostering new businesses and opening new opportunities  for potentials  entrepreneurs;

    2 - Recovery and restructuring  business that is not going very well, for any number of reasons;

    * Entrepreneurs who seek us out, start a partnership or partnership  with MGF, receiving consultancy, management and  investment to bring their  business back to growth path;

    * Investors invest in MGF through quotas. They can choose to  What of  current proposals presented or left to FGM to choose.

    * All the  businesses presented in our portfolio are  real business, work already done through  from our PENS! school, in its Financial Education and Entrepreneurship Course.

    * Some businesses already existed and  were redesigned and others emerged during the course.

    *  Our partnership model consists of offering, first, the consultancy and, later, the investment with capital contribution, ending with the partnership model and profit sharing.  Therefore, our investors invest in MGF and this in the respective companies or entrepreneurs, adding value to the  FGM shares.

    * The investment by investors is monetized following the growth of companies, generating passive income and the appreciation of MGF shares.
